I have the exact same issue, EvE Voice is not working since the patch. It knows people are talking, even muting the main EvE audio at the relevant time, but it just doesn't tell me what they are saying.

Any FC that makes consistently stupid decisions and who suicides fleets on a regular basis is one you should probably not be flying with. We've got some good FC's and we've got some bad ones, unfortunately some people are still happy to fleet with...
